I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and now teach classes, corporate events, 1:1s and small groups. I specialise in long term health conditions, and working with health care professionals for Stress and Anxiety relief.

Hatha yoga practice is open to those who want to grow, learn and empower themselves with better health & Wellbeing. I have experienced first hand the power, simplicity and genius of Yoga and how it brings connection, wholeness and energy.

My aim in teaching is to guide that person or group to be empowered and healthier in themselves, whether physically or psychologically. It is a creative and ever adapting programme that works with what is present in that person’s life right now.

The aim is that everyone can access the Yoga toolbox and gain what they need to aid them to be healthier in life and overcome mental & physical limitations.

  • Psychological, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator- Help for Heroes- Tedworth Recovery Centre

I have been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 10 Years & have been a student of the Yoga Sanctuary in Southampton under the study of Steve Harrison for the last 6 Years.

Yoga has the power to reset the mind, body and emotions.

I have a strong interest in Yoga as a therapy. Using the Physical body to access & release trapped tensions physical, emotional and mental.

Using the science of Yoga, we journey through the layers of the body. Opening to the environment, connecting to the physical body, the breath, the emotions and accessing a deeper centre which helps facilitates a stronger sense of security, control, perspective as well as strengthening the body which in turn creates a sense of robustness aliveness.

My passion is to help release the stigma attached to Yoga, the blocks which prevent someone exploring their body through the practice. There is no perfect way for Yoga to look, or how it should be. It is an experiment and we simply need to open to the endeavour.

The sessions will be informal, relaxed and always adaptable with a sense of purpose.
